I recently came across a fun Instagram account with engaging coffee content and energizing coffee shop vibes, so I couldn't resist but ask the creator behind this page for a Coffee Lover Interview and she gladly accepted my request:)

1. What time of day do you usually drink coffee?

I usually drink coffee in the late morning to afternoon because I actually don’t need it to get up in the morning!

2. How many cups of coffee do you drink per day?

I only really have one a day or sometimes none at all

3. Do you prefer going out for coffee or drinking it at home?

I prefer exploring and supporting small local coffeeshops in my area!

4. What is your favorite coffee drink?

My go-to is an Oatmilk Latte iced or hot depending on the mood I’m in 🙂

5. When drinking coffee do you prefer drinking it instantly and quickly or taking your time and enjoying it?

I pretty much drink it instantly I’m not one to wait to let all the ice melts because I don’t like watery coffee.

6. What’s your primary reason for drinking coffee?

I drink coffee not for the caffeine but I love the aesthetic of it!

I don’t really drink it all the time because I don’t want to rely on it too much to get energy as I already wake up early with enough motivation!

I like coffee because I really enjoy going to cafes and meeting new people! You can never have a bad conversation over coffee and I 100% believe that coffee brings people together!!

7. What do you take coffee with?

I like my coffee plain with just oat milk or sometimes I add a little bit of Splenda to it!

8. Do you currently own a Coffee Machine at home?

No, BUT I WISH!! when T gets a coffee machine it will be game over!! 😂

9. How often do you visit Coffee Shops?

I go to coffee shops about 3 times a week!!

10. What is your favorite Coffee Shop?

Some of my favorites in my home town Texas are - Third Gen Coffee, Love Beans, Campesino, and Blue Door

In Boston, my favorites are - Jaho, Tatte, Jonquils, Blue Bottle

In Stamford, my favorites are Lorca Coffee Bar, Winfields, and CFCF

And many more to come!

T's interview reveals that she loves coffee hangouts and appreciates the ambiance and aesthetics of coffee shops.

Because she is a firm believer that coffee brings people together, which is why she keeps visiting small coffee shops and exploring new areas.

Coffee Lover Interview 9

I hate to admit this but I have recently met someone online who seems to love Coffee more than me:) At least he praises Coffee better than me:) So I could not help reaching out to him asking for an interview, not an ordinary one but a special Coffee Lover Interview, and he gladly accepted my offer:)

Bry Thor of Coffee is how he prefers to be introduced. His tweets are big hits among coffee lovers on Twitter and are the reason I have started popping into my blog's Twitter account more frequently these days.

1. What time of day do you usually drink coffee?

Is all day an acceptable answer? HA! It's usually in the morning. It's my breakfast. If I need a pick me up in the afternoon I will get one. There are times I am craving coffee at night, after dinner too.

2. How many cups of coffee do you drink per day?

It depends, but I can drink the equivalent of a solid 3 cups in the morning. I am just not going to say how many ounces these cups are. HA! Let's just put it this way, my one cup can be like normal people's 2-3 cups.

3. Do you prefer going out for coffee or drinking it at home?

I don't mind both. Coffee with friends is always a fun thing! Or just going to the coffee shop as an escape. There is nothing wrong with being home, relaxing, in your own spot, and enjoying that perfect cup. It's the simple pleasures for sure.

4. What is your favorite coffee drink?

I am an ice coffee drinker. I do lean towards more dark roast/bolder coffees. I like the flavor profiles better.

5. When drinking coffee do you prefer drinking it instantly and quickly or taking your time and enjoying it?

The first cup always seems to go a bit quick. After that, though, it's more enjoying the cup. There are times though when I forget I have a coffee and I go hours without drinking it, stupid adult responsibilities! Thankfully it's ice coffee, so I can add some ice and keep drinking away.

6. What’s your primary reason for drinking coffee?

It's been embedded in me! I have worked for Starbucks for almost 10 years. Coffee was and has always been life. It's not only breakfast, but it's a comfort thing. If I don't have coffee one day, my whole vibe feels thrown off.

7. What do you take coffee with?

As stated before, I'm an iced coffee drinker, straight up, nothing in it. I had to cut back on the sweetener after drinking so much of it and working at Starbucks. It was too much.

8. Do you currently own a Coffee Machine at home?

I do have my coffee machine, a French Press, and a pitcher for cold brew coffee. One of these days I will be designing a full coffee bar in my house, with an espresso machine.

Dream big and go all out right? My own coffee shop in my house.

9. How often do you visit Coffee Shops?

Probably more often than I should. If I'm running short on time in the morning, I will swing by and grab a coffee on the way to work. I also will grab a coffee while I am out doing errands or going anywhere. There will most likely always be a coffee with me wherever I go.

10. What is your favorite Coffee Shop?

Starbucks is my go-to since I worked there for so long, but I am down for trying all the small/local coffee shops. They usually have the best atmosphere and vibes. Honestly though, any coffee shop is my favorite, it's a coffee shop!

We all know that Italians have developed their own coffee culture and today's Coffee Interview left me with a strong desire to travel to Italy and enjoy their coffee variations.

Coffee Lover Interview - Erika Price

Erika Price from What a Wonderful Life is a 100% Italian who was born and raised in Italy for 39 years before meeting and falling in love with an American musician. This led her to make the biggest life-changing experience in her life and move to the USA.

The substantial and diverse package of experiences made her start writing and she created a blog. The themes she delivers in her blog include authentic Italian home-style cooking, travels, relationships and real stories you may relate to or gain advice from.

As a typical Italian, Erika is a coffee lover.

1.   What time of day do you usually drink coffee?

Any excuse is good for me to drink coffee! I start as soon as I wake up with 3 shots of espresso in a tall mug. Then 1 shot of espresso mid-day and another shot after lunch. If I go to a café, definitely a Cappuccino in the morning.

2.  How many cups of coffee do you drink per day?

My average is 5 shots of espresso. I crave a shot after dinner too but I try to cut back on cortisol intake close to bedtime 😊

3.   Do you prefer going out for coffee or drinking it at home?

I love going out for coffee but only in European style bakeries or Italian Restaurants as I struggle finding places in USA where the staff knows what they’re doing, especially when it comes to Cappuccino and Macchiato.

4.   What is your favorite coffee drink?

Espresso, Macchiato, Cappuccino (thick foam).

5.   When drinking coffee do you prefer drinking it instantly and quickly or taking your time and enjoying it?

I definitely love to sip on it and wish it never ends!

6.   What’s your primary reason for drinking coffee?

I think cultural (I am Italian). But I love the flavor and the smell. I love teas too but it just won’t do it as coffee does.

7.   What do you take coffee with?

Cane sugar (raw or organic) and a touch of milk.

8.  Do you currently own a Coffee Machine at home?

I own 3 Italian Caffettiera (coffee maker) in 3 sizes: 6 espresso shots, 3 espresso shots and 1 espresso shot.

9.  How often do you visit Coffee Shops?

Not as often as I would love. I am always on a hunt for European style cafés who serve European pastries too.

10. What is your favorite Coffee Shop?

Coffee Bean, if not a European café in Los Angeles.

No matter what time of the day you have in your area, "Now" is the best time to make some coffee and give a read to another Coffee Lover Interview.

Mihaela Cerasela Irimia

This time our coffee lover is from Targoviste, Romania.

Mihaela Cerasela Irimia is an enthusiast of handwritten messages, and most of the time they appear on a paper or a plastic coffee cup. She usually gifts them to special people but is also thinking of turning this hobby into a side hustle.

Mihaela is a constant visitor of coffee shops and she has even become friends with the coffee shop owner in First Cup Brasov and has had a "pretty" collaboration with them. Her Calligraphy Cups are now decorating the place and she can't wait for the lockdown to be over to personally visit and take photos of them:).

1. What time of day do you usually drink coffee?

I love coffee in the morning. Cappuccino, especially,

with creme brulee syrup.

2. How many cups of coffee do you drink per day?

Maximum 2 cups.

3. Do you prefer going out for coffee or drinking it at home?

I enjoy both. 🧡

4. What is your favorite coffee drink?

Cappuccino with creme brulee syrup, latte, sometimes the called "Fake Frappe", amaretto tea.

5. When drinking coffee do you prefer drinking it instantly and quickly or taking your time and enjoying it?

It depends. If I have to go to work, I sip my coffee in...maximum 5 minutes. But, when I have my time, at home or at the coffee shop, it is enjoyable 🧡

6. What’s your primary reason for drinking coffee?

For health benefits and I am addicted to it. A day without coffee is really hard (like today because we forgot to shop for some milk last night...) For instance, when I have no milk in the fridge, I have black tea or English tea.

7. What do you take coffee with?

Milk, cinnamon, cardamom, sometimes with cream. Or sour cream (cafe breve). It depends.

8. Do you currently own a Coffee Machine at home?

Unfortunately, I don't have any. But I make my coffee like

Turkish. I boil it😅

9. How often do you visit Coffee Shops?

Before the lockdown, daily. Now, I don't know...

10. What is your favorite Coffee Shop?

L'Arome du Cafe @larome_du_cafe_targoviste. It is a local coffee shop, here, in this city (Targoviste - Romania). I want to try something from First Cup Brasov @firstcupbrasov.
